Once committed only reversal transaction will be used to correct any mistakes and false entries.<br><br> <b>Data Archiving</b><br> Solace data and keep indefinitely in the database and after a year roll all the current year transactions are pushed in the database and still accessible for detailed reporting. Solace is based on periods in a financials year, this can be decided by the user on creating solace company and can be changed any time during the fiscal year but it is recommended to change periods only by the end of fiscal year.<br> A backup/Restore mechanism is in place to have a hard copy of the database.
